Introducing the Wynwood Dress Posted on 29 Apr 11:23 , 18 comments

The Kate Stoltz Wynwood Dress is an asymmetrical piece with waist cutouts. Made with Italian superfine 120's merino wool and delicate French snakeskin lace, the dress is light enough to wear in the spring, summer evenings and early fall. The dress was inspired by the chaotic beauty of the Wynwood Walls murals in Wynwood, Florida.

The dress was photographed at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, a serene public garden in Delray Beach, Florida not far from Boca Raton. The Japanese Gardens are a great place to go for an hour or two with a couple friends. The koi ponds, lush gardens, tropical plants and paths around the water create a serene landscape that is sure to destress you and inspire you for your next creative design project.

I wore the Wynwood Dress with a red Mateo handbag, Leigh Miller's Sterling Silver Earrings and Sigerson Morrison Sandals. While I often wear black dresses, pants and shirts, I do like to wear colorful accessories. I always wear silver jewelry- I believe you should choose either gold or silver as your jewelry of choice and build your collection. Having a consistent metal makes it easy to pair different pieces.. However, that's just my personal preference.
