Watching Boats in the Harbor
If there's one thing that makes me feel like I'm officially on vacation, it's being on a dock at a harbor with a row of million dollar yachts. None of the yachts are mine (not yet ;) one can always dream ), but it doesn't matter to me. I wore the Kate Stoltz Ruched Black Dress, a delicate crinkled silk chiffon and black lace dress with puffed lace sleeves. The dress is certainly a more dressy one than most would wear during the day, but the cut makes the silk and lace a little more wearable during the day. The dress sports a skirt that skims the ankle, floating above an underskirt of tulle that adds volume to what would otherwise be a rather flat skirt. The ruched lace on the bodice is captured in panels of silk chiffon with lace overlay.
