A crisp white button down shirt is an essential garment in any woman’s wardrobe, especially during the summer. In addition, the majority of restaurants turn their air conditioning units to temperatures comfortable for male visitors dressed in three piece suits, leaving the women wishing for their own dinner jacket or silk scarf.
